UM-DeSoto Social Work Students Featured on Fox 13 News

The University of Mississippi-DeSoto campus’ Student Social Work Organization (SSWO) has teamed up with Diersen Charities Federal Community Corrections Center throughout the fall 2010 semester. Along with collecting books for the organization, the chapter also held a business clothing drive to collect professional attire for those who will soon be reentering the work force and searching for a job.

Along with flyers and posters displayed around the DeSoto Center campus, several representatives from the organization appeared on Fox 13’s, “Good Morning Memphis” to encourage community members to drop off donations.
